Art making prompts can be a fun way to get back to creating. So for my first JavaScript project I’m going to make an Art Making Prompt Generator!
Art confession: I am not a fan of paint. And I don’t like glue.
Since I’m just learning JavaScript using freeCodeCamp I’ll put up a low tech version now.
Both versions will include the following elements: format, medium, big idea, size, inspiration.
Some tips for getting started will also be a part of the generator. Oh, and it needs a snazzy, motivational name. All good projects have a useful name.
Project Update
I started the JavaScript course then admitted to myself, finally, that I needed to step back and first to the HTML and CSS courses. So … low tech it is for a while longer.
Art Confession #2: making digital art is not as nourishing as making art “analog” with your hands and stuff.
So let’s get started with some basic art making prompts.
